1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ff99 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering an account and registered players who actively use the platform's gaming, betting, and financial services. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your ff99 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant mobile network. Deposits made via card (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to appear. ff99 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your mobile money provider or card issuer may charge their own transaction fees, over which ff99 has no control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ff99 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only.

Where no specific product rules address a particular scenario, these general Terms apply.

ff99 reserves the right to void or cancel any wager that has been placed as the result of a technical error, odds error, software malfunction, or any other circumstance that results in manifestly incorrect pricing or game outcomes. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• Registering more than one account on ff99, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ff99 platform, including automated betting systems designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies.

12 Suspension & Termination

ff99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, duplicate account detection, or detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ff99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where a player is found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing, all funds associated with the account may be forfeited entirely.

Any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 working days of the account closure being confirmed, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

13 Amendments to Terms
